SMS Consent Disclosures

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Moonstone Massage Studio & Spa collects SMS consent in context on the pages where guests book appointments or complete intake. The screenshots below match the live consent language shown to users. You can view the same disclosures on the corresponding pages of our website.

Online booking — promotional SMS opt-in

When booking a massage online, guests may optionally agree to receive promotional and service-related text messages. This checkbox appears on the booking details step after selecting a date and time.

Live page: Book a massage (/#book) — complete the flow until the "Complete Your Booking" step to see this consent language.

Client intake — service SMS consent

Before a first visit (or when updating intake information), clients acknowledge consent to receive SMS messages related to appointments and scheduling. This language appears in the Consent & Acknowledgment section of the intake form.
