SMS terms (Telnyx-delivered messages)

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Moonstone, you agree that we may send SMS or MMS messages related to your relationship with us—for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, or account notices.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan.
  • Carrier: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any Moonstone marketing or optional SMS program to cancel. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Provider: Messages may be delivered using infrastructure provided by Telnyx and participating wireless carriers.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide, or that you have authority to consent on behalf of that subscriber.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of contact information you provide. You agree that we may contact you by email, SMS, or phone for transactional and service-related purposes consistent with applicable law and your preferences.

Health and wellness disclaimer

Our services are complementary wellness and bodywork offerings and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns. You agree to inform us of relevant health information as requested on intake forms and to follow staff guidance for your safety.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services—including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or harassing staff or other clients. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Moonstone against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws of your state of residence require otherwise. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory venue rules that apply to you as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
