A few things guests often ask before booking.
Yes. The duration you book (for example, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes) is the time your therapist spends working with you on the table — pure hands-on time. Some spas build check-in, consultation, undressing, and redressing into the advertised length, so a “60-minute” massage elsewhere may only include about 45–50 minutes of actual bodywork. At Moonstone, your booked time is the massage.
Please arrive about 10–15 minutes before your appointment so you can check in, settle in, and change at an easy pace. That time is separate from your hands-on session.
Yes — especially for your first visit. Completing your intake before you arrive helps your therapist prepare and keeps more of your appointment focused on the massage itself.
Most guests disrobe fully and stay covered by a sheet and blanket throughout the session; your therapist will only uncover the area being worked on. For Thai massage, wear something comfortable and stretchy, like sweat pants — the session is done fully clothed.
We'd love to hear from you. Reach out with any questions or to schedule your appointment.
