How is pricing calculated?
Base pricing is $45/hr, or $40/hr for bookings of 2 or more hours. Date-specific pricing may apply.
How far in advance can I book?
Submit your request as early as possible. We recommend at least 7 days notice for best availability.
Can I tour the room first?
Yes. Use the booking request section and include “walkthrough” in your message.
Do you offer an option for new or non-established hosts?
Yes. Our Collaborative Event Pricing (profit split) model is built for newer hosts or lower-profit events. Moonstone can create the Meetup page, provide basic promotion, handle payment collection, and split net profit 50/50.
